Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light duty tasks such as 3rd party hoistway services, inspections, hoistway and pit cleaning.
- Collaborate with our network partners to ensure high standards of service.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid EDM-A or EDM-T (Elevating Device Mechanic) license/certification.
- Proven experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of elevating devices.
- Preference for individuals limited to light duties, semi-retired professionals, or those seeking part-time hours (e.g., 10-20 hours per week).
- Strong knowledge of relevant safety regulations (e.g., TSSA standards or equivalent).
- Reliable, well communicated, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently.
